What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Human Resources- Open Health Clinic position at Baton Rouge General Medical Center - Mid City?
The Human Resources Manager will directly support the operations of Open Health Care Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Ultimately responsible for the full-cycle human resources function from hire including recruitment, benefits, employee relations, labor law, performance management, onboarding, policy management, and compensation. The Human Resources Manager will be an integral part of the continued growth and evolution of the Human Resources function in a fast paced and expansive environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management; or progressive experience in human resources management; Experience in project management, leading an HR department or team; Experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or FQHC is preferred but not required; Possesses a strong work ethic and dedication to creating excellent work product; Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; Advanced skill and proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, HRIS (ADP preferred), benefit administration, talent acquisition, and performance management software.
