ERP IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Implementation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (Dynamics 365). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure a smooth transition to new ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and IT teams to support ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist in configuring the ERP system to align with business processes and operational needs.
- Assist in performing system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and workflows.
- Assist in conducting gap analysis to determine how the ERP system can meet business needs.
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to address system enhancements and concerns.
- Assist in the migration of data from legacy systems to the ERP platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency during the transition process.
- Maintain and update system data as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization post-implementation.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiency.
- Stay updated on ERP system updates, features, and best practices.
Education and Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation or similar roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain and Demand Planning
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
