Responsibilities
- Supervise outbound operations, including scheduling, route planning, and ensuring timely customer deliveries.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to adapt to changes in state laws and company policies.
- Accurately document and manifest customer orders during delivery.
- Organize and maintain manifest records in compliance with state regulations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for warehousing, material handling, and shipping. Advise management on necessary actions to uphold standards.
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, and training or safety records.
- Protect logistics operations and inventory by establishing and monitoring security protocols and procedures.
- Manage logistics operations and optimize costs to achieve cost-saving goals.
- Address and resolve customer concerns through appropriate corrective actions.
- Serve as a backup delivery driver when needed, ensuring the safe transportation of medication to dispensaries.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics or inventory management.
- 2 year degree or 5 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in manufacturing or customer service environments.
- Knowledge in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- At least 21 years of age.
