What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Prevention Officer position at Battle House Hotel and Spa/PCH Hotels and Resorts?
Protects and safeguards all hotel guests and associates, their belongings and all hotel assets. Responds rapidly to request for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner. Completes all paperwork with regards to guest or associate injuries, conducts tours of the property throughout shifts and performs first aid when needed.
Assists with any Engineering or maintenance related call.
CPR certification preferred - will provide training if necessary
