Job Summary :
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase showroom traffic, and drive digital engagement. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and automotive industry knowledge to manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with dealership goals.
- Digital Marketing : Manage website content, SEO / SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Content Creation : Oversee the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, promotional videos, and advertising content.
- Advertising & Promotions : Plan and execute traditional and digital advertising campaigns, including radio, TV, print, and online media.
- Community Engagement : Build relationships with local organizations, sponsor events, and manage public relations efforts to maintain a strong local presence.
- Customer Engagement & Retention : Develop loyalty programs, promotions, and referral initiatives to enhance customer retention and brand advocacy.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Event Planning : Coordinate dealership events, product launches, and sponsorship activities to attract potential customers and engage existing ones.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to dealership leadership.
- Partnerships & Vendor Management : Work with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to optimize marketing efforts.
