Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including operating the cash register.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, especially during peak hours in a nightclub setting.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
