Bake Shop & Espresso Bar Supervisor

Full-Time or Part-Time | Starting at $16 / hour

Shift Examples :

8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM | 1 : 00 PM-9 : 30 PM | 10 : 00 AM-7 : 00 PM

As a Bake Shop & Espresso Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the shop from set up in the morning to the closing duties in the evening to ensure product is fresh and looks appealing to guests. This full-time position includes medical benefits, PTO, flexible schedules, yearly bonus potential, and so much more! Schedules are posted three weeks at a time to support work-life balance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Guest Experience :

Provide memorable service and exceed guest expectations.
Ensure fresh, appealing products and attractive displays.
Share knowledge about baked goods, Bavarian Inn Perks Club, and local attractions.

Team Leadership :

Train, supervise, and motivate staff for maximum productivity.

Monitor performance, attendance, and policy adherence.

Operations :

Stock, package, and price baked goods and merchandise.

Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly stockroom and shop areas.

Assist with unpacking, pricing, and restocking of merchandise.

Collaborate on creation of new espresso-based beverages for specials and seasonal offerings.

Administrative Support :

Track product performance, inventory, ordering, etc. as needed to assist the Bakery Manager

Maintain accurate records, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Health & Safety

Follow all health code requirements and promote safe and sanitary work environment.

Report unsafe conditions or injuries as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Minimum of one year leadership experience in a guest service role.

Neat appearance and friendly disposition.

Ability to stand and walk for duration of 8 hour shift.

Ability to lift / push / pull moderate weights occasionally from 30 to 50 pounds.
