  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Your role will also involve coordinating with other trades, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, and ensure that all work complies with relevant codes and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ordering materials, and managing project schedules. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities;

Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish.

Supervise and lead a team of electricians.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and clients.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Order materials and manage project schedules.

Provide guidance and support to team members.

Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Train and mentor junior electricians.

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.

Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Prepare and submit project reports.

Handle any on-site emergencies or issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements ;

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role.

Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and components.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.

Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.

Ability to coordinate with other trades and contractors.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid electrical license or certification.

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.

Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Ability to train and mentor junior electricians.

Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
