Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and prevention
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN or BSN
- Current RN license in good standing; Compact State preferred
- Minimum two years of experience in progressive care; BLS required
- Preferred education: PNCC
