Progressive Care Unit Nurse Leadership Role

Baxter Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing teams in the Progressive Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care while collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Lead nursing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions and optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a progressive care unit.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within the first year of employment.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively; basic computer knowledge required.
