We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and lead the nursing team in our Progressive Care Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement in patient care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that address patient needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Arkansas or Compact State.
- Minimum of two years experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within the first year of employment.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
