Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit and provide leadership within the nursing team.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team to promote evidence-based care within a healing culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. ADN required. BSN preferred.
- Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience preferred.
- BLS required. ACLS within the first year of employment.
