SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure employees, visitors, or contractors maintain accurate enter and exit to the facility. Reports directly to the shift Production Manager and is responsible for completing all duties and tasks assigned to them before their normal work shift ends.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
- Obey GMP’s and PPE’s for production areas.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for completing all duties and tasks assigned to them before their normal work shift ends. Signs off on safety commitments.
- Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs.
- Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
- Performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving, and sending mail and packages.
- Responds to internal and external inquiries.
- Provides back up for clerical projects or route phone calls.
- Activating and deactivating badges for contractors, USDA, and visitors.
- Managing the welcome area with restocking PPE for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Providing information to visitors requiring proper PPE, GMPs, and other visitor policies.
- Walking contractors, temporary employees, and/or visitors to the correct areas on the production floor
- Other duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Proficent in document preparation with general office software. Prefer relative experience within last 3 years.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
