What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Coordinator position at Bay Alarm?
Position Summary : Coordinate installation scheduling, preparation, progress and completion. Provide clerical support for the installation department.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation with customers, installers, and sales representatives.
- Maintain work in progress report daily
- Maintain and distribute schedules for installers.
- Prepare reports, filing, and typing as directed.
- Schedule installation fire department rough and final inspection appointments.
- Occasionally send work order packets to the Work Order Coordinators
- Maintain installers on the schedule board ensuring all installers, notes and allocations are accurate
- Answer customer questions and concerns.
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Training is in person, after training is fully completed, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule. The amount of telework is at the discretion of the department and is subject to change at any time, as business needs arise.
