What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative (Veterinary) position at Bay Area Animal Eye Care?
Central Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary general practice located in Fremont. We are searching for a full-time Client Service Representative or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA!
We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of $20 - 25/hr based on experience, along with training/career growth potential and comprehensive benefits. The schedule for this position is a training schedule of Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm for the duration of 6 - 8 weeks. Upon the completion of training, the regular schedule will be Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm, as well as Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:30 am - 7:00 pm.

Are comfortable around cats and dogs
Strive to provide each client with compassion and care
Are team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Have at least a High school diploma or equivalent.
Have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and/or client-focused setting. Veterinary or medical setting preferred.
Your primary responsibilities:
General front desk duties: greeting clients, booking appointments, etc.
Rooming patients and taking a brief history
Client communication
Managing phone lines
Cleaning and disinfecting the hospital
Carrying out tasks as requested by the veterinarian
Medical records management
