Are you an animal lover with a passion for client service? Beacon Veterinary Specialists, a well-established veterinary emergency and specialty practice in Fremont, is seeking a full-time Client Services Representative (CSR) or Receptionist to join our team in Fremont, CA!

What We Offer:
Competitive pay: $20 - $25/hr based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:00 am - 9:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties: Greet clients, book appointments, and provide a welcoming experience.
Client Communication: Manage phone lines, assist with inquiries, and provide compassionate care to every client.
Hospital Support: Clean and disinfect the hospital to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Medical Records Management: Keep records organized and accurate for seamless patient care.
Veterinary Assistance: Carry out tasks as requested by the veterinarian to support patient care.
