About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful financial management, including experience developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting and compliance.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to develop and implement strategic plans and goals that support BACR's mission and vision. This position requires excellent leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a non-profit organization
- Proven track record of successful financial management, including experience developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting and compliance
