Bay Area Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Pod Leader to oversee the cleaning operations of one or more janitorial client job sites. The successful candidate will lead a team of janitors, known as a POD, in achieving their mission and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Bay Area Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Pod Leader to oversee the cleaning operations of one or more janitorial client job sites. The successful candidate will lead a team of janitors, known as a POD, in achieving their mission and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee team performance, coordination, and tracking of daily activities.
- Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.
- Ensure safe lifting and moving techniques when maneuvering heavy objects.
- Recognize public safety hazards and apply health and sanitization standards.
- Provide on-sight training to POD team members.
- Conduct site inventories and restock supplies as needed.
- Prepare and collect shift reports, client time sheets, incident reports, and other logs.
- Develop communication processes between team members.
- Report status updates to management.
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Read and understand operating manuals.
- Able to perform Job Coach duties.
- Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.
- Travel between sites in company vehicles, requiring a valid driver's license and good driving record.
