The High School Site Director is responsible for setting and implementing the overall vision for the high school program, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission, vision, and core values. This role involves overseeing academic programming, curriculum planning, data analysis, and collaborating with counselors to support student success. Additionally, as the Golden State Pathways Program Specialist this position focuses on developing and expanding pathways that facilitate seamless transitions from high school to post-secondary education and careers, including establishing partnerships with local employers and educational institutions. Bay Area Technology School (BayTech) is a tuition free college prep public charter school in East Oakland. Our mission is to infuse assistive technology throughout our school curriculum to provide a personalized educational experience for every student to be college and career ready. The "Tech" in BayTech is the use of software and technology to deliver an individualized education to meet each kids needs.
BayTech is a small close-knit community emphasizing open communication between our teachers and parents & families to support students and share in their success. Students can graduate from BayTech with college credits and will have completed the UC A-G Admission Requirements.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
