We are looking for a IT System Administrator who must have :
Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is required
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
At 2-5 years experience working with Azure Administration and O365
Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid state driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.
The qualified candidate will be able to perform the following task :
Assist in managing and maintaining BAYS IT infrastructure, with a focus on Office 365, Azure, and workflow automation using Power Automate.
Assisting Help Desk Specialists in resolving complex issues, and maintaining efficient system operations.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing for Azure-hosted services.
Troubleshoot Power Automate workflows to resolve issues quickly and ensure continuity.
Educate and support the Help Desk team in handling cybersecurity incidents and best practices.
Assist in IT project implementations, such as system migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
Preferred Certifications :
Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
CompTIA Security or equivalent
