As a front desk concierge/receptionist, you'll be the face of our office, embodying the vibrant energy and dedication to wellness that sets us apart.

**Responsibilities:**
- Be the friendly voice that greets and directs calls on our multi-line phone system
- Welcome visitors, patients, and employees with warmth and enthusiasm
- Keep our front desk area immaculate and well-organized
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Masterfully manage appointments and calendars to keep things running smoothly
- Loves to promote and educate on health & wellness
- Provide essential administrative support to our dedicated office staff
- Embrace opportunities for continued learning and training to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
- Other related administrative tasks etc.
**Requirements:**
- Your communication skills are top-notch, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment is a must
- Multitasking is your superpower, and organization is second nature to you
- Attention to detail is your forte; you pride yourself on accuracy
- Your professional demeanor is always coupled with a warm, friendly attitude
- Basic computer applications like Microsoft Office are familiar territory
- Previous experience in reception or customer service
