Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking part-time seasonal Game Day Staff for the 2025 season.
We’re looking to hire four (4) people to support VIP Ticket Services, greeting, and customer
service duties for the Bay FC Home Opener on March 22, 2025.

Successful candidates will continue to work at home games throughout the remainder of the season, providing white glove service for our season ticket members.
Responsibilities

- Greet, direct, and assist fans that arrive at the park.
- Resolve ticket issues as needed.
- Address customer questions, comments, and complaints; involve supervisor as needed.
- Provide fans with information about the park, seating charts, restrooms, concessions,
promotion items and emergency exits. - Offer suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best.
- Inform fans on upcoming promotions/events at that park.
- Assist all fans with locating their respective seating location within the park and assist
fans by answering questions about the facility and team. - Request wheelchair and courtesy cart transportation as needed.
- Assist in keeping the park a clean environment, and work with the management staff to
resolve any situation which requires attention.

- Must be available to work at the home opener game at PayPal Park from 3 pm to the end of the game on March 22nd.
- Must be able to work at least 75% of home games throughout the 2025 season (March- October) Schedule: https://bayfc.com/schedule/
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills preferred.
- Provide excellent customer service and interactions with fans to ensure they are maximizing their game day experience enjoyment.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme heat, cold, and rain.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 4-6 hours.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Background or interest in sports, ticketing, event operations, food and beverage, hospitality, stadium operations, business, or customer service-related fields
- Willing to work non-traditional hours (weekends, evenings, etc.)
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about working within a sports-related environment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to problem solve under pressure
- Experience in event operations
