Duties
- Conduct ground school sessions covering essential aviation theory, safety protocols, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Provide hands-on flight training, guiding students through various maneuvers and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster an engaging learning atmosphere that encourages questions and promotes student participation.
- Stay current with aviation industry standards, aircraft maintenance practices, and advancements in flight training techniques.
Experience
- Proven experience working with students in an educational or training environment is preferred.
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
- Experience in curriculum development to create effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Familiarity with aircraft maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse student body.
- A background in military aviation is beneficial but not required.
