Bay Ltd. is currently seeking candidates to fill summer internship positions in various groups / teams. These positions are paid internships and provide an opportunity for students to gain experience in the Heavy Construction industry.
All positions will be located in the Corpus Christi area and may include assignment to a project or fabrication site.
Timeframe : Monday-Friday from June 10, 2024 August 2, 2024
Requirements :
- Currently enrolled in a university seeking a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any of the following field (including related degrees) :
- Construction Science, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Accounting, Finance, or other related Business degree
- Human Resources
- Computer Science or related field
- Other degrees will be considered based on availability of internship opportunities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); some internships may require more advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access
- Interest in heavy construction industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Responsibilities :
- Interns will be responsible for working a project or set of projects for their assigned team / department utilizing their knowledge and skills.
- Analyze and understand data.
- Develop recommendations based on analysis.
- Present findings to team members and management.
- Collect data by networking across teams.
- Work under the supervision of a supervisor or manager.
