- Operate a point of sale machine. Cash handling.
- Assist with guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in lodging or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various guest situations.
- Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual communication is a plus.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
