Bay Path Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is hiring an 11PM-7AM Working Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) ! Our experienced staffs of compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel are focused on one goal : providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients.  BaneCare  employs only the most highly qualified  RNs and LPNs . We are seeking passionate and caring nursing professionals to join our skilled nursing facility in Duxbury, MA. Join our team!

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor :

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
  • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
  • Ability to work every other weekend

    • Job Duties for Nursing Supervisor :

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
  • Supervision of all 11PM-7AM Nurses and CNAs
  • Manage staffing changes
  • Support family inquiries and screen visitors
  • Coordinate patient / resident referrals with admissions
  • Ensure high quality resident / patient care
  • Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
