Responsibilities:
Draft Letters & Correspondence
Basic Bookkeeping skillset
Manage the office organizational system including electronic filing, record keeping
Updating various spreadsheets
Follow up calls, responding to emails, daily tasks as assigned
Communicate daily with various departments and clients
Provide general office support as required, Data Entry
Answer and direct phone calls
Photocopy, fax and prepare mailings
Maintaining confidential or sensitive information and documents
Qualifications:
1-2 years of previous office experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Good communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Professional demeanor
Proven work ethic
Motivated to learn and grow with the company
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Team Player with can-do attitude and willingness to support a variety of tasks
Must be reliable and punctual with transportation

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
