The Recovery Education Collaborative (REC) is a group of passionate and dedicated organizations that are deeply committed to developing, uplifting, and training recovery coaches throughout MA. This collaborative works as equal partners to provide recovery coach training’s, complete outreach, and provide technical assistance to the recovery community.
This position is the central hub for communication, organization, project management, and operationalizing contract requirements.

What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference
- Collaborate and support a passionate and dedicated team that is exclusively focused on the development and enrichment of Peer Recovery Coaching
- Be a leader in the Recovery Coach community to advocate and educate systems of care
- Provide supervision and guidance to three direct reports (Program Manager, Support Staff, and Recovery Coach Learning Collaborative Coordinator)
- Ensure that training courses are available through the Learning Management Platform
- Support the REC Facilitators
- Manage Budgets and subcontracts
- Work collaboratively to ensure that Recovery Coaches throughout MA have the resources, support, and education to provide outstanding Recovery Coach services.

Requirements
Requirements/Credentials
- Advanced Degree in social services, business, law, or related fields preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years in program development or project management
- Experience with collaborative projects
- Deep understanding and passion working with the recovery community
- Lived experience with sustained recovery is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 2-year supervisory experience
- Respects and advocates for the peer participatory process
- Strong skill set in technology-Knowledge in learning platforms
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma or equivalent
