Description
The Talent Acquisitions Department is looking for a dynamic and energetic Talent Acquisitions (Recruitment) Specialist to help source, screen, and hire the best candidates for our current job openings throughout the organization.
What you will be doing to make a difference…
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to move forward with for interviews
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff for interview scheduling, offer process, and recruitment life cycle.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Driving is required.

Requirements
Credentials/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
- At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Experience utilizing social media for direct candidate searches and networking
- Experience with Paylocity a plus
