Job Title : Engineering Planning Support Specialist – GEOXO Program
Location : Highlands Ranch, Colorado (Quebec Building)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Planning Support Specialist to provide in-depth support for the GEOXO program through the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR) phases. The successful candidate will develop and maintain engineering release plans, ensure schedule compliance with industry best practices, and facilitate collaboration across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). This role is based on-site in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and requires in-person support four days a week.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Engineering Release Plan Development and Scheduling :
- Develop and manage detailed engineering release plans and supplemental schedules using Microsoft Project Server.
- Create "what if" scenarios and risk mitigation models to ensure flexibility and adaptability within schedules.
