JOB TITLE - Systems Engineer

Position Overview
Bay Systems Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join the SAIC PNT Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team supporting the U.S. Space Force. In this role, you will deliver engineering, integration, and subject matter expertise for cutting-edge space and ground systems, sustainment, and acquisition initiatives. You'll work in collaboration with government personnel and contractors in a dynamic, mission-focused environment to drive the successful development, operations, and sustainment of PNT capabilities critical to national defense.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Extremely motivated individual who is a self-starter and works well in a diverse team environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with Air Force / Space Force / DoD customers in an operations and sustainment environment, with Space Systems (especially at SSC).
- Experience writing and delivering technical documents, analysis, and briefings.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as being highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
