Service Team Member

Bay Towel is a privately owned family business that offers linen and uniform rental services, as well as, commercial laundry services to businesses throughout Wisconsin. We have a highly-diversified processing facility serving a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, industrial manufacturers, food manufacturing, and hospitality. The Associate role is a full-time, hourly position that has the option to be on a 4 day, 10 hour schedule Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Or to work 5 days, 8 hours Monday through Friday. We are looking for a dedicated family member to join who assists with daily operations to keep the business running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathetic, and professional manner.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to pay attention to details and use critical thinking skills.
• Excellent internal and external customer care and focus; ability to assess customers needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help, or methods for a positive customer experience.
