We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving beverages and light snacks to guests in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to engage with customers, upsell products, and ensure food safety will contribute to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages and light snacks from the beverage cart to guests on the premises.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and upselling items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart and surrounding areas.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards during food preparation and service.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service preferred.
- Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are vital for success in this role.
