Overview
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Grille/ Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by delivering beverages and snacks in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring a positive experience. You’ll be an integral part of ensuring that guests enjoy their time at our Crooked Tree grounds, maintaining a high standard of hospitality and service.
Responsibilities
- Drive the beverage cart throughout the Crooked Tree Grounds to provide guests with drinks and snacks.
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, taking orders and delivering beverages, snacks, and other requested items.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked beverage cart/ grille area, ensuring that all items are available and presented attractively.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and provide change while maintaining accuracy.
- Ensure all alcoholic beverages are served in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Promote and inform guests of available specials and offers.
- Assist guests with any special requests or needs during their time on the course/event.
- Keep track of inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
- Ensure the safety of both guests and yourself while operating the beverage cart, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in maintaining a clean environment by properly disposing of trash and keeping the cart organized.
- Uphold company standards for presentation, including proper uniform and appearance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, food and beverage, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of beverages, snacks, and the ability to take and fulfill customer orders.
- Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and responsibly.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak hours.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods, often in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to operate the beverage cart and navigate through outdoor spaces.
