Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning of recruiting and marketing events
- Managing compliance of all new hires' personnel files
- Recruitment efforts, including onboarding for field staff (RNs, LPNs)
- Focused on supporting the delivery of client services
Through hands-on experience, you will learn all aspects of managing and growing a caseload, as well as recruiting staff to become a Client Services Manager.
