- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve the best possible results for our patients.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Vermont, as well as a certificate of clinical competence from the ASHA or equivalent education and experience. Solid computer skills and prior experience with EMR systems are also highly desirable.
