Caregiver for Adults and Seniors

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assessing client needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Performing diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility assessments, transfer status, balance testing, and safety evaluations.
• Developing and implementing appropriate care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance interventions, and patient education.
• Continually assessing and revising care plans, participating in multidisciplinary care planning as needed.

Requirements: A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts and prior experience in home care is not required.
