About the Position:
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Weekend Physical Therapist to join our team. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote their independence and overall well-being.
Responsibilities will include conducting diagnostic tests and measurements, assessing and revising patient care plans, educating clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities, and providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes.
