\We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality home health care services to adults and seniors in the Hazleton area.
\Responsibilities:
\- Conduct home visits to provide medical care and support to clients
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet client needs
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology
Requirements:
\- Minimum one year of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
