Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other activities designed to promote optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve shared goals and improve quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.

• A current Delaware Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
