Easterseals is seeking a full-time, dedicated licensed PT, OT, SLP, or Child Development Specialist to provide oversight of daily operations for our Early Intervention program, along with our pediatric and adult therapy services. Have the unique opportunity to support and lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff.

Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for others and the desire to support children and adults with disabilities
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in PT, OT, Speech/Language Pathology, or Early Childhood Education
- At least 6 years’ experience in a clinical setting
- At least 3 years’ experience providing direct therapy intervention
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to be able to lead a team and communicate effectively with clients and families
- Strong computer skills
- Must have a driving record in good standing
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus, but not required
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting
- Experience leading a team
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality programming that adheres to Federal regulations for both child and adult therapy services
