Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Cheyney, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for optimal health and safety
- Document patient information and services provided
Requirements
- A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
