Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including cognitive, psychological, and motor aspects of performance.
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes and enhance patient independence.
- Continuously assess and revise the occupational therapy care plan, collaborating with nursing as needed.
Requirements
- Must hold a current MD Occupational Therapist license.
- Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
