Salary

Our salary ranges vary by location, but we offer a minimum starting salary of $28 per hour (including overnight differentials). We also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs and preferences.
Job Responsibilities
As a RN with BAYADA, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education on self-care techniques
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions to address these needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of client care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure seamless coordination of care
Requirements
To be successful as a RN with BAYADA, you must possess:
- A current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on empathy, compassion, and respect
