Job Description:
- As a Registered Nurse (RN) with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in the comfort of your clients' own homes. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and providing ongoing support and education to clients and their families.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
