We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health Float specialist, working with patients in their homes to deliver high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client assessments, providing education to patients and/or their families, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- This role requires strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position offers a flexible scheduling opportunity, allowing you to work 10-12 shifts per month. You will also receive a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Regional Float Nurse, you will:
- Leverage your clinical skills to care for clinically complex patients in their homes.
- Perform 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on one-on-one care with each patient.
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
Compensation
- Based on experience – approximately $75 per point for regional float RN role***
- Start of Care (SOC) visits = 2.5 points
