The ideal candidate will possess a current license as a Registered Nurse in PA, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and prior home care experience strongly preferred but not required.
The selected nurse will be responsible for following designated care plans, making home visits to clients, performing assigned duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, monitoring client conditions, and reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
