- Provide direct patient care to patients on the med surg/telemetry unit, utilizing critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting positive outcomes for patients.
- Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to diagnose and treat complex patient conditions.
Requirements
- NJ or compact license required; 2 years of recent MST experience preferred;
- AHA BLS & ACLS certifications necessary;
- NIHSS certification recommended.
