BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical RN Manager (RN required) for our Falls Church, VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55 communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities for a clinical RN Manager :
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory / assessment visits in Falls Church, VA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and / or deliver in-services for field staff.
