Job Overview
Diamond Home Health Care business has been growing at a rapid pace and in honoring our commitment to the patients we have an immediate need for a Clinical Manager/QA Nurse.
Office hours: 8:30 am - 5pm
If you’re an experienced and independent thinker/practitioner, we want you. You will be responsible for reviewing clinical notes from nurses, physical therapist, occupation therapist, home health aid and make sure documentation is up to medicare guidelines.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to quality and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Clinical note review - Quality Assurance
- Case Management
- Communicate with our RN's, physicians, patients and office staff in care coordination.
- Generate verbal orders
- Assist clinician on on-boarding process
- Medical supply management
Qualifications and Skills * Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- RN License in the state of Virginia
- At least two years of experience.
- Kinnser knowledge preferred.
- Must be currently licensed as a RN in the State of employment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $101,185.00 - $104,364.00 per year
