What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compassionate Caregiver Wanted position at BAYADA Home Health Care?
Key Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, as well as comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred but not required. Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are also beneficial.
